League Live 3 definitely trumps any rugby game to date (aside from arguably Rugby 08). Despite being a Union player myself and watching a lot more Union on TV than League, I would still opt to play this game over Rugby Challenge, Rugby 15 or any other Union game on the market.
The gameplay is great fun and the game is pretty realistic (unlike previous rugby challenge’s).
League Live 3’s biggest bonus over the previous edition’s is the introduction of the Auckland 9’s. Being able to play 9s is a huge plus, there’s lots of open space and opportunity to do some cool stuff.
Career mode has become more detailed, being able to start off as a rookie until you reach one of the world’s best.
The usual create your own player, tournament setups and standard gameplay are obviously still in place too.
